These terms govern the Advisors in Spain website, calculators, enquiry forms and enquiry service. Advisors in Spain is a trading name operated by Collatz Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

By using the website, you agree to the provisions that govern website use. By submitting an enquiry, you also ask Collatz Solutions LLC to provide the enquiry service described below and agree to the provisions governing that service. If you do not agree, do not submit an enquiry.
The Privacy Notice explains data handling. It is a notice, not a contract that you are required to accept in full. The Cookie and Technology Notice describes the website’s current cookie-free measurement and necessary security technology. We will introduce separate consent controls before using optional technology that requires consent.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an enquiry. If you submit one for a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the information and request the referral.
Enquiries and Service Delivery
Depending on the service, Advisors in Spain may provide services directly where appropriate and permitted, coordinate service delivery, or introduce clients to independent professionals. We assess the requirements and identify the service and expertise needed. Before professional work begins, you receive the proposed scope, fees and relevant engagement details, including the identity of the responsible professional where applicable. Work starts only after those details have been agreed.
There is no charge to submit an enquiry or ask us to review your requirements. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a professional will be available, accept the matter, meet a particular deadline or offer a particular price.
We may decline, pause or end a referral where the enquiry is outside the available professionals’ work, presents a conflict, lacks sufficient information, involves abuse or misuse, or cannot responsibly be handled within the stated timeframe. We will not knowingly promise that a professional has accepted a matter before that professional confirms it.
Independent Professionals
Collatz Solutions LLC and Advisors in Spain are not a Spanish law firm, tax firm, accounting firm, immigration consultancy, financial adviser or other regulated professional practice. They do not provide the regulated advice or representation described on the website.
Where work is provided by an independent professional or firm, that professional is responsible for the service. That professional decides whether to accept the matter and supplies their own engagement letter, service description, price, invoicing arrangements, privacy notice, professional insurance information where applicable and complaints process.
No lawyer-client, tax-adviser-client, accountant-client or other regulated professional relationship is created by visiting the website or submitting an enquiry. Where an independent professional provides the service, the relationship begins only when that professional accepts the matter and you agree to their engagement terms.
Information sent to Advisors in Spain is not necessarily protected by lawyer-client privilege or another professional confidentiality privilege. Do not submit identity documents, criminal records, medical information, original evidence or urgent confidential material through the initial enquiry form.
The independent professional controls professional judgment, advice, filings, representation and deadlines after accepting the matter. Collatz Solutions LLC does not direct that judgment and is not a party to the professional’s engagement.
Fees and Commercial Interests
Professional scope and fees are confirmed in writing before engagement. The applicable engagement details identify who provides and invoices the service. Where an independent professional provides the work, that professional invoices under their own engagement terms.
Collatz Solutions LLC may receive a fixed or percentage-based referral or coordination payment from a professional if you engage them. This creates a commercial interest in the referral. You remain free to decline the introduction, obtain other quotations or choose a different professional.
The professional is responsible for any disclosure or approval additionally required by their regulator, professional code or bar association. A referral payment must not interfere with the professional’s independence, duties to you or obligation to recommend what is appropriate for your matter.
Advisors in Spain does not collect or hold money intended for the independent professional.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to correct material errors promptly. You remain responsible for reviewing the professional’s identity, credentials, engagement terms, scope, price and deadlines before instructing them.
Do not rely on the enquiry form for an imminent filing, court, immigration, tax, property-completion or limitation deadline. A matter is not accepted merely because the form has been submitted or an automated confirmation has been displayed.
You must not use the website or forms to submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, infringing, deceptive or malicious material; impersonate another person; interfere with the website; probe its security; or submit automated, false or repetitive enquiries.
Website Content and Calculators
Website guides, estimates and calculator results are general information. They do not take account of every fact, regional rule, later legal change or professional judgment relevant to an individual matter and are not legal, tax, financial, immigration or accounting advice.
Calculator results are estimates based on the inputs and assumptions displayed. They are not quotations or guarantees. A share link may include calculator values in the URL, so do not share a calculator link if those values should remain private.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain useful information but do not promise that every page is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a specific decision. Check the applicable official source and obtain professional advice before acting where the decision could materially affect your rights, finances, status or deadlines.
The website may link to government, professional and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites or accept responsibility for their availability, security or content merely because we link to them.
Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
The website’s original text, design, branding, diagrams and software belong to Collatz Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may read, print or save reasonable extracts for personal or internal business reference. Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not republish substantial parts of the website, remove ownership notices, falsely attribute its content, use it to create a competing content service, or scrape or burden the website through automated means without written permission.
Liability
The independent professional is responsible for the professional services they agree to provide. Collatz Solutions LLC is responsible for its own agreed services and coordination commitments but does not guarantee a professional outcome, governmental decision, acceptance of a matter, deadline, fee or availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Collatz Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the enquiry service was requested, or for a loss caused solely by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you or by an independent professional’s separate acts or omissions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. Nothing prevents a court from applying a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Consumer Rights, Governing Law and Courts
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without excluding mandatory protections that apply to a consumer under the law of their habitual residence.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms restricts your right to bring a claim in any court available to you under mandatory consumer law. Collatz Solutions LLC will not rely on this governing-law provision to remove a consumer protection that cannot lawfully be waived.
For a business user, and where applicable law permits, the parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming for disputes concerning the website or referral service.
Submitting an enquiry is free. Any subsequent services require an agreed scope, fees and engagement terms.
Before filing a complaint or claim, you are encouraged to contact contact@advisorsinspain.com so the issue can be investigated. This does not shorten a deadline or restrict a right to contact a regulator, court or professional body.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms to reflect a change in the website, referral service, operating entity or applicable law. Changes apply from the updated date shown above. A material change to an enquiry already being handled will not retroactively remove a right or impose a new charge without an appropriate agreement.
