Current Setup
Collatz Solutions LLC, trading as Advisors in Spain, uses Cloudflare to deliver and secure the website and to produce limited aggregate website statistics.
The current website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Cloudflare Zaraz, advertising pixels or session-recording software. A clean-browser production audit on August 28, 2026 found no cookies and no values in local storage or session storage after loading the homepage and contact page.
Because the current configuration has no optional cookies or comparable persistent Analytics identifiers, the website does not display a consent banner. Necessary technology is described below for transparency.

Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate website traffic and performance without assigning a persistent visitor identifier. Cloudflare states that the service does not collect or use visitors’ personal data, use cookies or local storage, fingerprint visitors or track individuals across different websites.
The Cloudflare performance beacon is loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com. Because this website is proxied through Cloudflare, measurements are sent to the same-origin /cdn-cgi/rum endpoint.
Available reports can include:
- Visits and page views.
- Page paths and referring websites.
- Country and broad device, browser and operating-system categories.
- Page-load timing and Core Web Vitals.
- Navigation type and aggregate bot filtering.
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not log URL query strings and currently receives no custom events. It does not receive names, email addresses, phone or WhatsApp numbers, enquiry descriptions or other enquiry-form contents.
Aggregate reports are available to us for up to six months. Cloudflare states that it stores unsampled beacon data for seven days before retaining aggregated information for longer-term reporting.
Necessary Security Technology
Cloudflare provides website delivery, network security and error reporting. These functions process limited request and technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Cloudflare Turnstile protects enquiry forms from automated abuse. It evaluates technical security signals and returns a response token that the server validates before accepting an enquiry. The token is short-lived and single-use. Turnstile does not receive the enquiry-form contents through the widget.
Turnstile pre-clearance is disabled. The current widget therefore does not intentionally issue a persistent cf_clearance cookie. A separate Cloudflare network or firewall challenge may use strictly necessary security technology where needed to protect the website.

No Google Analytics, Zaraz, advertising or social-media tracking request was observed. Browser extensions, linked third-party websites and services you open separately are controlled by their respective providers and are outside this website’s storage configuration.
Future Changes
We will review this notice when the website configuration changes. Before introducing non-essential cookies, persistent Analytics identifiers, advertising measurement, cross-site tracking or another technology requiring consent, we will update this notice and provide the required controls.
