What to include in your enquiry

Describe what you need, which part of Spain is involved and any relevant deadline. There is no charge to submit an enquiry. Please do not send passports, medical records, criminal records or other sensitive documents with your initial enquiry. We will tell you if additional documents are required later.

Response and next steps

We aim to respond within one business day, in English or Spanish. How long the work takes depends on the service, the provider and any authority involved. Submitting an enquiry does not mean an urgent deadline has been accepted.

If an independent professional provides the service, their own engagement terms apply. Read our Professional Standards and Terms, or submit an enquiry.

    You receive the proposed scope, fees and engagement terms, including who will be responsible for the work.

  5. You decide whether to proceed

    Professional work starts only after the relevant scope, fees and engagement terms have been agreed.

  6. The service is delivered

    The person or professional responsible carries out the work under the agreed scope and terms.

Is there a charge to submit an enquiry?
No. There is no charge for asking us to review your requirements. Professional scope and fees are confirmed before engagement.
Who will handle my matter?
We tell you who will provide the service before work begins. If an independent professional will handle it, we identify them and explain their role.
Does submitting an enquiry commit me to professional work?
No. Professional work starts only after the relevant scope, fees and engagement terms have been agreed.
What if you cannot handle my requirements?
We tell you if the matter falls outside the services or expertise available. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance or a particular outcome.
